How long does your repair service take?

Repairs are usually completed same day, if the part is available in stock (in vehicle or local distribution centers). 

If the part is not available a deposit is required for orders, once the part is received in hand a technician or office contacts the customer to notify and schedule the next appointment for job completion.

Where do you source replacement parts?

Local distribution centers for appliance parts, some are based online out of state. We always purchase OEM parts so that our guarantee and warranty could be valid.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash is always welcome, typically customers prefer to use credit/debit cards.

Checks are only accepted in a scenario where the customer has obsoletely no other payment method available to them.​
